Welcome to Party Artistic Caters. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our catering services.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or in person.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment or deposit as agreed at the time of booking.
- Final guest count and menu selection must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event.
2. Payments
- Advance payment is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as communicated by our team.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
4. Menu & Services
- Menus are customizable and must be finalized in advance.
- Any last-minute changes in menu or guest count may result in additional charges.
- We ensure hygienic and high-quality vegetarian food preparation at all times.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue access, electricity, water supply (if required), and seating arrangements.
- Any delay or disruption caused due to incomplete information from the client may affect service quality.
6. Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure the highest standards of service and food safety, Party Artistic Caters shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
- Any allergic reactions not disclosed to us in advance.
- Clients are advised to inform us in writing about any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to the event.
7. Use of Photos & Videos
- With client consent, we may capture photos/videos of buffet setups or decorations for promotional purposes (never of private guests without permission).
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
